Policy Statement, Cancellation and Terms of Service for Art XO Studio:

Contact & Business Hours  - The best time to reach us is between 10am and 5pm Monday through Friday. We will try to be available if we are not with other artists. We try to give our attention to patrons of the studio who we are working with. If a class is in session, please leave a message or email us.

Privacy Policy - Art XO Studio will not share any of your personal information with other individuals, companies, or any type of entity.

General Refund/Credit Policy - We operate a small program with limited spaces. Once these spaces are full, it is very difficult to re-advertise and fill vacant seats. By registering for a class or event, you are taking the risk and responsibility of attendance. If you are not able to use that spot/seat, for any reason, please do not contact us for a refund, credit or make-up. We are not able to offer refunds, credits or make-ups. Thank you.

Class Refund Policy - We are unable to give refunds or credits for a missed class for any reason.

 

Create Nights, Family Days, Workshops, Special Events – No refunds or credits are available for Create Nights, Family Days, Workshops, or Special Events. 

 

Camp Refund Policy – Week long camps require a 2-month advance notice of withdraw in order to be eligible for a full refund or credit. At least 1-month notice of withdrawl is required for a 50% refund. Under 1 month, no refund or credit will be possible. Refunds and credits must be requested in writing via email.  

Illness Policy - If a student is sick or has a contagious disease, please do not come to class. Students presenting symptoms of illness will be isolated and sent home. Teachers and other studio costs must be paid no matter the attendance, its not financially affordable to give refunds or credits due to illness, or suspected illness. Please let us know if you cannot attend so we can make a note for the teacher.

Walk-ins - Walk-ins are permitted only for Walk-In Studio and events that indicate walk-ins are welcome. You MUST pre-register for classes, camp, workshops...etc.

Designate Art Clothes – Plan to get Messy - Part of the fun of making art is getting messy! Please make sure that you (or your child) is dressed in clothing that can get messy. We use smocks on a limited basis because they only cover part of the clothing and can impede freedom of movement and can be uncomfortable. It is best if you designate art clothes.

Waiver, Photo Release and Emergency Contact Forms - Before the start of each class/camp, students must fill out a Waiver, Photo Release and Emergency Contact Forms. Students cannot participate without a completed form. 

Cancellation of Class for the Semester - Art XO Studio reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. In the case of a cancellation, the full amount paid for the class will be refunded. If the class has already begun, a prorated amount based on the number of classes held will be granted.

Cancellation of Program due to Weather or Other Cause - If a class must be cancelled due to an unforeseen circumstance, you will be contacted via text or email as soon as possible and at least 1 hour prior to class. Cancelled classes will be rescheduled at the end of the semester or, if that is not possible, a credit will be issued for the next semester. There will be no refunds for classes cancelled due to bad weather.

Liability Release - By registering in a class, camp, or workshop, you waive any and all liability against Art XO Studio and its employees, owners, or affiliates for injury, illness, loss of property, or any other form of loss.
