A world beyond acrylic and tempura, the exploration into oil painting is every artists right of passage. Painting will oils forces an artists to slow down, and gives painters extra time to work before paint dries. Oils provide vibrant colors, and allow for a deeper focus on brush stroke, which can be quite visible in your finished work. Will inspiration from cold realms and winter spaces, this 10 class session will take us into painting for what is to come in spring. Realism, portraits, still life and landscapes.
This is a 75 Minute Class.
Skill building: Imagination, creativity, intuition, trust, abstract thinking and problem solving, enables students to perceive beyond the tangible, deep understanding of the workings of color and creative self expression
