Anime & Cartooning Age 8+ 4:00pm Tuesday

Cartooning & Anime projects include drawing popular characters inspired by video games, movies and anime culture, to exaggeration and action drawing, environments in perspective, and more!!

The goal of this class is to introduce the students to a full range of cartooning and anime styles, which will facilitate a well-rounded foundation and encourage them to master the styles they desire to create in.  We will explore the works of several known artists and study their forms & lines, the tools of the trade, and how to implement the fundamentals of simple perspective and anatomy.

Skill Building: Develops Fine Motor Skills, Encourages Visual Analysis, Helps Establish Concentration, Improves Hand-Eye Coordination, Increases Individual Confidence, and Teaches Creative Problem Solving
